The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I loved how comfortable I felt and I didn’t feel any pain. I normally am a person that has fear/anxiety about going to the dentist but this dental office, I have had no anxiety after my first visit. I actually look forward to talking to my dentist, the assistances, and the front desk staff. I am greeted immediately and everyone seems to remember who I am, nothing like feeling like you are an important customer. The place is super clean, from the front to the back that I have seen. I love that they have a tv above the dental chair too, always nice to have a distraction besides the friendly conversation of the dentist.

Yet another great visit at Valley Dental. As usual everyone is warm, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and state of equipment. The office is very clean and the doctors and staff are awesome and on time.

Your hygienists are stars. The 2 hygienists, who worked on my teeth last 2 years are awesome. I am very happy with their service.
However, I am very unhappy with scheduling and waiting time. The average wait time for a scheduled appointment has been almost 20min to 30 minutes.
Last appointment, I responded to your SMS reminder with a phone call to reschedule, 5 hours before my appointment time. I was told there is charge of $75 dollars regardless of my call. I don’t remember signing an agreement that states that. Anyways, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time, but I had to wait 35 minutes because you are over booked. I discussed the matter with front desk staff, who did not seem to care much and never apologized. (Your awesome hygienist did apologize).
With your limited flexible scheduling and high cost to reschedule, together with wait time. I have decided to take my oral health somewhere else.

I am someone with extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. I came in for a consultation and everyone was very nice and welcoming. I felt that they listened and heard what I had to say and feel confident that they will take the information from the conversation and use it to make a plan to help me with my anxiety.

The owners, as well as all the staff at VDH are amazing! The establishment itself is clean and inviting. I have been coming here since before their move in to the bigger space in the same strip. Even when my own insurance refused to cover a procedure, VDH went to bat for me. They helped me through the entire situation, with a professionalism that other companies should strive for. I couldn’t praise this company enough for the job they do. In fact, several years ago I moved 30 minutes further away, an still choose to commute here for all my dental needs!

This was my first time at a Periodontist and the staff made me feel very relaxed. The Periodontist is very professional and informative. The dental office had more availability to accommodate my schedule needs.

My cleaning was fine. I’m annoyed that I was given a sales pitch for Invisalign, so much so that I’m considering switching dental practices. I was made to feel that if I didn’t shell out $5,500 that the health of my teeth could be in jeopardy. My bite has been the same for as long as I can remember and I’ve never once received this recommendation from a dentist. “My teeth shifting over time” is, in my opinion, bogus. Invisalign advertises to dental practices on their website that practices can increase their profits by $500,000 a year by signing up 1-2 patients per week. I’m concerned that this practice has profits over patients in mind.
