Step Three: A Conversation
If everything looks and feels normal, you’re done. Dr. Izadi or Dr. Rafat will let you know they didn’t find anything concerning, and you move on with your appointment.
If they do see something slightly unusual, they’ll talk to you about it right away. Usually, it’s nothing serious: a canker sore, a minor irritation, or a harmless spot. But if there’s any doubt, they might recommend a short follow-up or a referral to a specialist.
