As a co-founder of Valley Dental Health, Dr. Rafat combines advanced surgical techniques with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional outcomes.
He completed his dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, followed by an intensive three-year residency in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, where he earned his Master of Science degree. His extensive training allows him to handle complex cases ranging from single-tooth restorations to full-mouth implant reconstructions.
