As a co-founder of Valley Dental Health, Dr. Rafat combines advanced surgical techniques with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional outcomes.
He completed his dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, then completed an intensive three-year residency in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, earning his Master of Science. His extensive training enables him to treat complex cases, from single-tooth restorations to full-mouth implant reconstructions.
