I love this dentist, his entire office is friendly and Very knowledgeable. I had horrible experiences with other dentists before coming to Valley, but their hygienist and Dr. Rafat showed me what patient centered care was all about and I’ve been with them over 5 years. State of the art everything, If you want the best visit Valley Dental Health, and you’ll be a patient for life like me! Thank you Valley Dental Health for the excellent care you provide.

Every person I encountered in this office is kind and helpful! Hazel, at the front desk, is so kind and took care of everything I needed. Liz was so helpful making sure I had everything I needed to be relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Rafat took his time, and made sure the Novocain was working. He answered every question with patience. They all bend over backwards to make sure you’re comfortable with the procedure.

TL;DR: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, state of the art equipment and wonderful service every time! You will think that I'm crazy, but ever since I became a patient here (it's been a almost a decade now) I am actually looking forward to every visit. My teeth and gums are the healthiest they've probably ever been; I can get any question answered knowing that my health and well being is their primary concern. Every treatment is virtually painless and full of smiles all around :)

I have been their patient for about a year now. And could not be happier I choose them. Their entire team is always very nice and attentive always on top of everything. I am one of the very picky, detail oriented women and as part of my job I believe a beautiful, healthy smile is very important and gives you confidence. For any dental needs please visit valley dental health! I had a sinus lift yesterday which I know sounds a bit scary and to be honest I had my moments of fear but the valley dental team took such great care of me, walked me through every step pre and post op! Dr. Rafat made me feel comfortable and not worried or scared at all ,he and his team will make sure you are is amazing hands for procedures or just simple dental work. I still have one more sinus lift surgery to do but even day one after surgery I feel great! Currently recovering still but never felt better!

Dr. Roham Rafat was extremely helpful providing remote help with a complex set of dental decisions for my child. Pros and cons different treatment were discussed, including underlying scientific principles. He helped us make sense of our options and find a path forward. From my first phone contact to the first time I walked in the door for my initial consultation and finally to the actual procedure, Dr. Rafat & his staff made me feel comfortable & at ease. They were all very professional, friendly and courteous. The gum procedure was painless and Dr. Rafat was great, explaining everything beforehand as well as what to expect during the healing phase. It's apparent that Valley Dental Health cares about it's patients.
Follow up: The healing went exactly as Dr. Rafat said it would before the procedure. My opinion hasn't changed, Dr. Rafat & his staff treat you with respect & kindness while providing excellent dental care.

Love this place. I had been given the run around by various other dental offices. When I came in with crippling TMJ pain and non stop migraines, they were able to help me get the Botox I needed, and follow up with amazing care every step of the way.
The front desk worked really hard to get me in ASAP, Dr. Renggli stayed late to treat me. When I cracked a tooth on vacation, Dr. Rafat responded to me promptly the day after thanksgiving and helped me get me the antibiotics and medicine I needed until I could see them which was first thing Monday morning. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
Everyone working there from the front desk to the nurses and the dentists are all amazing. I found the dentists I trust.

Had an emergency and called them as a potential new patient. They found a time quickly to see me. Office staff was incredibly warm and friendly. They showed and explained I need a root canal. They can do it there in a couple days! They were understanding of my anxiety over seeing a dentist and truly made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Went in for a cleaning and, after finding a cavity, was able to get it filled immediately. I’m sure this is not always possible depending on the work load and size of the cavity but I really appreciated it. Dentist had a very nice bedsides manor also.

I had a tooth emergency and I just walked in and asked if they could possibly see me that same day. They got me in at 3 the same day and were very kind and professional. I avoid the dentist at all costs because my teeth were so sensitive and I expressed this to them and they did everything they could to make my experience as comfortable as it could be.

Two years ago I was looking for a new dentist office and I’m very happy to have found the folks at Valley Dental. I can’t speak highly enough of their team and staff. I was recently seen by Allison and Dr. Izadi and they were both wonderful, attentive, and quite humorous; it’s rare to leave a dentist office laughing but the care and ease that their team has from the moment you enter until you leave makes dental visits something to look forward to.

Valley Dental Health deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed. The office space is wonderful with each examination room having its own special touch and most importantly, the office is equipped with the cutting-edge equipment.
Dr. Izadi is all around wonderful and radiates positive energy that makes you feel at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and takes her time to explain every step of the Invisalign process in detail.
The entire experience, from initial consultation to ongoing check-ins, has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Valley Dental Health to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring team.

This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever gone to. They have great customer service, the dentist was very thorough, and the staff really gets to know you. Also, I couldn’t have asked for a better Invisalign provider! Dr. Izadi is the best and wasn’t lying when she said it would only take 6 months from start to finish. It was really easy and I’m happy with the results. I had a quite a few gaps on both my top and bottom teeth. I also had an overbite so my front two teeth never touched. I absolutely love my new smile!

Valley Dental restored my faith in dentists! A chance meeting on the NCR trail introduced me to Dr. Rafat, and I decided to schedule my first appointment. After some bad experiences at other dentists, I had given up on dental care for years but I needed help. Dr. Rafat soothed my fears and really treats me like family. The whole team takes my concerns to heart and they insure great care and comfort. Dr. Kim has also done an amazing job rebuilding some troublesome teeth, I feel like a youngin again!

I went in for I thought was a routine visit to re-glue my crown which had come off. After x-rays and a photo my tooth had to extracted... He explained everything in great detail and let me make the final decision. Obviously I elected to have the tooth extracted. The procedure went well and i am healing at home. A great dental office!! I was in from out of town visiting and my temporary crown came off. I called in the morning as a new patient and they got me in that day at 1:00 o’clock to glue my crown on until I could go home to my dentist. Everyone was so nice and professional. I would definitely make them my dental office if I lived in the area!!

I have never been a fan of the dentist. Between being a new mom & then covid, I had not been in many many years. The care I have received at this practice has truly been life changing. There may have been tears my first visit as I understood the work I needed done. They were so understanding and helpful with explaining everything to me. I have had numerous procedures done over the last several months. Yesterday, I finally got my implant in place of a tooth that needed to be pulled. I cannot believe how good it looks. I feel so much more confident again...

I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional care I have been receiving from my dentist!... When I visited the office for the first time, I knew I needed a lot of work done on my teeth... From routine procedures to more complex ones, she always approaches each appointment with a calmness and confidence that immediately puts me at ease. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains all treatment options available to me.
The entire staff at the practice is warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office itself is modern and clean, and it is equipped with the newest technology. I feel very satisfied with the results of my treatment.
Overall, I couldn't ask for a better dental experience, and I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch dental services.
