Valley Dental Health has helped many patients straighten their teeth using Invisalign. Not only does straightening your teeth have cosmetic benefits, but it also helps your bite pattern perform its daily functions like chewing and speaking more easily.
Our office is an Invisalign provider in Baltimore, Maryland. We will be hosting an Invisalign Open House on April 17th, and giving interested patients $1000 off Invisalign treatment. Additionally, ten lucky patients will be able to spin the prize wheel and earn extra savings on Invisalign, Zoom! Teeth Whitening, and Sonic Care toothbrushes. We hope you will consider joining us and finding out more about what Invisalign can do for you and your smile.
Here are some things that our current patients LOVE about Invisalign:
Discreet Alternative to Braces
Orthodontic treatment is often associated with traditional metal braces. Many patients hope to avoid the metallic aesthetics for the several months or even years that they will need to commit to for their treatment plan. The great thing about Invisalign is that it is a discreet alternative to traditional braces. The clear, plastic aligners are see-through, making them easy to keep clean and virtually invisible while in use. Unless you remove your Invisalign aligner in front of someone, they will be unable to tell that you are undergoing orthodontic treatment.
Removability
With traditional braces, patients must keep the hardware on their teeth for the entire duration of their treatment. With Invisalign, patients get the added convenience of being able to remove their Invisalign aligners freely. This means that you will not have to deal with the dietary restrictions associated with traditional orthodontics because you will remove your aligners before eating or drinking. Additionally, you will not have to learn how to brush and floss around brackets and wires. Instead, you will remove your aligners, perform your routine oral hygiene care, and then reapply the aligners. As long as you wear your Invisalign aligners on average of 20-22 hours a day, your treatment plan will progress as intended.
Beautiful Results
Depending on your goals, you will wear a series of aligners for approximately 2 weeks before switching to a new set. Over time, the aligners will apply small amounts of pressure to your dental structures and encourage them to shift into straighter, more desirable positions. Most patients complete Invisalign treatment in less than 12 months. Rest assured that the dental professionals at Valley Dental Health will monitor your treatment and ensure that you get the beautiful results that you are hoping for.
